End-to-end ownership

A subscription launch with no head start.

Situation

A digital comic book subscription startup had never run paid social. There was no historical campaign data and no existing pixel setup to build on.

What I did

I handled the full launch: market research, pixel setup, interest-based audience segments, ad copy, and optimization. I used distinct interest groups to learn which readers responded, then optimized around the segments that delivered subscriptions efficiently.

Result

The campaign reached the client’s subscription goal in week one: 125 subscriptions at a $1.70 average cost per subscription and 6.3 ROAS. The superhero-interest segment delivered subscriptions at $1.44 on $132.89 in spend.
